I just upgraded WP and SK, and commenting still seems buggy. Rather than fixing it properly, I’m trying a new hacked-up solution. So if the comments explode with spam, it’s my fault. Promise (cross my heart and hope to die) to clean up if it all turns to custard. (Oh, I’ve disabled trackbacks ‘cos they were a really dumb idea in the first place. Apologies to the blogosphere for not playing along.)

Update: the simple solution I tried out (renaming the comment-post script) didn’t work — apparently some evil spambots are bothering to parse the page before submitting. Now trying something new, please let me know if anything breaks.
