Impromptu are playing their last gig of the year this coming Friday, at CREA. I’m recommending them partly because I had dinner with Ralph a couple of nights ago (bloke with the mandolin) and he was complaining that numbers are dropping, but also because they’re damn cool. If you haven’t already seen them, go along and check out their extraordinary mix of improvised theatre and music. If you have already seen them… well, go and have another look, it’s improv, so it’ll be different!
